Our positive learning environment is built on an enriching and creative curriculum. As an academy, we are able to blend national objectives with our individual tailor made provision. This, combined with our teaching and subject expertise, ensures a broad, balanced and engaging curriculum. Literacy and Numeracy skills are linked meaningfully throughout our vibrant programme of learning, both inside and outside the classroom.

The 2014 National Curriculum provides a basic curriculum framework to ensure the intellectual, physical and creative development of primary children. As stated above, we have designed our own enriched curriculum programme.
It should be noted that R.E. is not a National Curriculum subject, but must be taught by law and in a Church School such as ours, assumes a high profile.
In addition, the school curriculum also addresses cross-curricular issues such as Personal and Social Education, Equal Opportunities, British Values and Multi-Cultural Education.
