Our Worship theme this term is:
In Worship this term we will be considering the value of Forgiveness. We will discuss what forgiveness means and how it relates to our everyday lives. We will hear the bible story of Jacob and Esau and write some class rules on forgiving and starting again. We will reflect on how it feels to forgive and to be forgiven. We will also explore Forgiveness in the context of VE Day. We will examine key figures who have forgiven wrongs against them, for example Nelson Mandela, Anne Frank and Malala. We will look at the Parable of the Unforgiving Servant and reflect on how to begin to forgive, even when we don’t want to.
