Our Worship theme this term is:

Forgiveness

We will begin the term by considering what forgiveness means and how and when we can show it. We will think about where our Christmas boxes are going and who they are helping.

We will mark Anti-bullying week reminding everyone that we have a right to feel safe and to think of the ways in which we can deal with bullying and be good friends.

We will explore the bible story of Joseph and his Dreamcoat and consider how he showed forgiveness to his brothers.

We will find out about Malala who has shown us how forgiveness means choosing love and peace over hate, even when someone has been very unkind. We will use role-play to act out scenarios and discuss what could/should be said.

We will mark Advent and consider what it means to each of us. We will also look at the Jewish festival of Hannukah. Finally, we will have a visitor to explain the importance of Christmas for Christians.
